DALLAS, Texas (January 30, 2018) – Today, Nationstar Mortgage LLC (NYSE: NSM) (“Nationstar” or the “Company”) issued the following statement concerning a settlement with the Massachusetts Office of Attorney General regarding legacy processes for loan modifications specific to certain Massachusetts customers. The settlement includes a payment of $500,000 to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
